As a Sales Associate, you will act as an ambassador of the Brand to provide a unique and timeless experience to our clients. You will proactively reach out to them to deliver excellent service and inspire our clients with innovative strategy in order to achieve individual targets, Boutique objectives and increase clients' loyalty.

Job responsibilities

- Enthusiastic in achieving sales target given by Boutique through effective use of selling techniques, clientele and product knowledge
n
- Identify clients' expectations and complete sales transactions successfully
n
- Advise clients across all product categories and do cross-selling for maximizing sales potential
n
- Build strong collaboration with the team for achieving sales & boutique's objectives
n

Client Development

n

n
- Provide warm welcome and interact with every client proactively
n
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent and professional client service
n
- Arrange private appointments with clients
n
- Update Be Dior on a regular basis
n
- Participate to the events that contribute to the overall Boutique performance
n

n

Boutique Operation and Back of House Support

n

n
- Maintain the upkeep of selling space, visual merchandising and image of the store in highest standard
n
- Provide support to Back of House operations for enhancing Boutique efficiency
n

n

Profile

n

n
- Education & Professional Qualifications o Completion of secondary education or above
n




- Work Experience o Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in retail industry
n
- Other Requirements o Positive command of communication and interpersonal skills o Excellent selling technique, service-oriented and client centric o Willing to learn attitude o Strong sense of team spirit o Passionate in luxury fashion industry o Proficient in English, other language is an advantage
