The Department of Education’s Legal Division invites an experienced lawyer to join the Workplace, Discrimination and Disputes unit (WDD) to support litigation and advisory work across Victoria’s education sector.
You will manage requests for advice and litigation, brief external firms and, where appropriate, appear in mediations and conciliations with bodies such as the Fair Work Commission and Equal Opportunity Commissions. This is an ongoing, full time role within the public sector.
