Nexans Oceania is recruiting a Manufacturing Manager for the Lilydale site. You will lead a team of about 100 employees with seven direct reports to drive lean production, safety, quality and on-time delivery.
The role requires solid engineering knowledge of cable manufacturing, hands-on leadership, and the ability to coordinate maintenance, cost control and continuous improvement initiatives within a lean plant.
