Job Description

Green by Nature in Western Sydney is seeking an experienced hands-on leader to head a mobile grounds maintenance crew, caring for prestigious clients from Parramatta to Penrith.

You will oversee mowing, pruning, hedge trimming, planting, pest control, and safety, reporting progress and fostering a culture of safety. Trade qualification in horticulture or robust industry experience is essential, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.
