Key Responsibilities

- Managing day-to-day operations across multiple strata properties
n
- Building positive rapport with clients and stakeholders
n
- Guiding on Strata Titles Act and By-Law compliance
n
- Delivering exceptional service to both internal teams and external stakeholders
n
- Coordinating and managing property maintenance schedules
n

Skills and Experience

n

n
- Experience and knowledge in strata management
n
- Strong knowledge of strata law and a passion for sharing it
n
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and communication abilities
n
- Robust attention to detail
n
- A can-do attitude and a love for collaboration
n

Must be residing in Perth, WA with full unrestricted working rights.
