Job Description

Lumiere Foundation Limited is seeking experienced Youth Workers in Blacktown to support children and young people living in Out-of-Home Care. You will provide day-to-day care and help young people build essential life skills in a protected, structured environment.

This role requires a Diploma in Youth Work, 3+ years of experience, and a strong understanding of trauma-informed care. Casual employment offers a competitive hourly rate of $48.31 plus additional penalties.
