- 8 × 10‐hour shifts per fortnight (weekday and weekend)

- On‐call: 3–4 shifts per fortnight (1:2 or 1:3 ratio, included in daily rate)

- 10‐hour shifts (weekday and weekend)

Compensation

n

$2,150 (No AST) – $2,350 (With AST). Rate negotiable based on qualifications.

- Level 3 (CSCF) Rural Hospital – 23 beds, non‐birthing.
n
- Services: accident & emergency, general inpatient medical, surgical and paediatric care.
n
- Typical ED occupancy: 60‐70% (complexity variable, mostly category 3/4).
n
- Travel and accommodation provided.
