The Role
n
As a key member of our team, you will lead and execute landscaping and civil tasks, focusing on quality, safety and efficiency, and contribute to training and development of other team members.
n
Your Impact

Your expertise and leadership will ensure smooth site operations, professional development of the team, and successful delivery of projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
n
Your Everyday
n
n
- Undertake all landscaping and civil tasks as directed by the Site Manager or Project Manager.
n
- Operate plant and equipment as required and in accordance with instructions from site management.
n
- Lead a team of operators, and labourers to complete delegated work efficiently.
n
- Support site management in coordinating subcontractors, minor materials, and equipment.
n
- Set out and construct according to contract documents, including specifications and drawings.
n
- Perform general maintenance and upkeep of equipment as directed.
n
- Ensure individual work processes comply with site management plans and safety standards.
n
- Provide advice and assistance to supervisors to enable safe and efficient operations.
n
- Identify hazards, assess risks, and document risk control measures for associated tasks.
n
- Report all incidents, accidents, and injuries to the Supervisor.
n
- Actively participate in the training and development of other staff on-site.
n

Who Are You?
n
n
- Certificate in Landscape Trade or a similar field, with experience in a commercial landscaping environment.
n
- Valid Driver's Licence.
n
- Verification of Competency (VOC) in operating relevant plant and equipment (Desirable).
n
- Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage teams and coordinate work effectively.
n
- Sound understanding of safety practices and the ability to implement them on-site.
n
- A proactive, team-oriented individual who takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
n
