Live in Adelaide? You can work on a major wind farm project without having to FIFO or relocate. Fetch Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Civil Plant Operators to join a major wind farm project based in Palmer, South Australia.

Located just 30 minutes from Mount Barker, around 30 minutes from Murray Bridge and approximately 1 hour from Salisbury, this is an excellent Drive-In, Drive-Out (DIDO) opportunity for operators living across Adelaide, the Adelaide Hills and Murraylands. With 50+ hour weeks, consistent overtime and long-term project work, this is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work on a major renewable energy development while still being home at the end of your shift.

About the Project

n





This major wind farm development involves significant civil construction and earthworks, including:

n

n
- Bulk earthworks and site preparation
n
- Construction and upgrade of internal access roads
n
- Formation and compaction
n
- Drainage and civil infrastructure
n
- Large-scale excavation and material movement
n
- General site development works
n

n

We are looking for experienced:

n

n
- Excavator Operators – 5T to 50T+
n
- Moxy / Articulated Dump Truck Operators
n
- Dozer Operators
n
- Grader Operators
n
- Water Cart Operators
n
- Roller Operators
n
- Final Trim Operators
n

n

GPS experience is highly regarded, particularly Topcon, Trimble or UTS.

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Proven experience operating heavy plant within civil construction, infrastructure, earthworks or mining
n
- Experience on large-scale earthworks projects highly regarded
n
- Relevant plant tickets and VOCs where applicable
n
- White Card
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
n
- Strong safety focus
n
- Ability to work effectively as part of a large civil construction crew
n
- GPS experience highly regarded
n
