- Experience in Bakery is a bonus
- Ability to lead and manage team members
- Ordering and cost control
- Experience with rostering
- Passion and enthusiasm,

- A flair for merchandising
- Strong leadership and delegation skills
- Ability to coach, train and performance manage team members
