MacKellar is recruiting experienced Multi-Skilled Operators to join our production team at Carmichael Mine, one of Queensland's largest mining operations.

n

This is an opportunity to operate a modern fleet, work alongside an experienced site team and build a long-term career on an even-time 7/7 roster.

The Opportunity

n

As a Multi-Skilled Operator, you'll be part of a production crew responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy mobile equipment to support daily mining targets.

n

You'll work across multiple pieces of equipment,



contributing to protected production, maintaining high operating standards and working closely with your crew and supervisors.

n

What We're Looking For

n

To be considered, you'll need:

n

n
- Open cut mining experience operating Dozers and Haul Trucks
n
- Proven experience operating at least one of the following:n n
- Grader
n
- Water Truck
n
- Small Excavator
n
- CAT 980 Loader
n

n
- Current Standard 11
n
- Current Australian Driver Licence
n
- Relevant RII competencies or a verified training transcript completed within the past 5 years
n
- A strong commitment to safe work practices
n
- Ability to work a rotating 7/7 day/night roster
n
- A team-focused approach and willingness to work as part of a high-performing production crew
n
