Integrated Care 24 (IC24) is recruiting a Practice Nurse for our Brighton clinic. You will deliver high‑quality nursing care across a broad range of primary care services, both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
You’ll assess, treat, monitor and support patients, including those with chronic conditions, and contribute to QOF and broader health initiatives. The role includes wound care, immunisations, travel health and routine procedures, in a energetic care setting.
