Work Life Safety Systems is looking for a confident, reliable and motivated person to help us build client relationships and grow our business.

This is a relationship-led sales role. You will speak with business owners and managers, understand what they need, build trust and help them see where WLSS can support them.

You do not need to come from workplace safety, compliance or software. We can teach the industry, our services, our systems and our software platform.

What we need is the right attitude: someone who is good with people, willing to learn quickly, organised, reliable and strong with follow-up.

This is not a hard-sell role. It is about building relationships properly, understanding the client and helping them take the right next step.

The people who succeed here are the ones who put in the effort, learn quickly, follow up properly and build strong client relationships.

Work Life Safety Systems helps businesses manage workplace safety, HR, compliance, training and workplace systems.

We support clients with practical advice, software, testing and tagging, fire servicing, emergency planning, ISO systems and workplace compliance support.

Our job is to make safety and compliance easier, clearer and more practical for businesses.

What You’ll Be Doing

Speaking with business owners, managers and decision-makers

Building and maintaining client relationships

Identifying new business opportunities

Making calls and following up leads

Booking meetings and client conversations

Learning our services and software platform, AREESA





Helping clients understand where WLSS can support them

Using HubSpot CRM to track conversations and opportunities

Working with our internal team to prepare quotes and proposals

Following up until there is a explicit outcome

Attending client meetings and approved networking events
