CAMILLA is on the search for a commercially driven and detail-orientated Global Wholesale Operations Executive to join our Wholesale team on a 12-month maternity leave contract.

This role is perfect for an experienced operator who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and is ready to take ownership of end-to-end wholesale operations. Sitting at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Logistics and Planning, you will play a critical role in executing wholesale strategy, driving profitability and ensuring product is delivered on time and in full across all regions.

What you'll be doing as our Global Wholesale Operations Executive:

- Execute seasonal sales, GP plans and forecasting in partnership with the Global Sales Operations Manager.
n
- Lead ROI analysis for trade shows and pop-up activations to support commercial decision-making.
n
- Prepare and deliver end-of-season reporting and strategic insights to influence product, buying and marketing direction.
n
- Identify and support initiatives that streamline logistics and reduce operational costs.
n
- Take ownership of the Wholesale Critical Path, ensuring alignment with the broader business timeline.
n
- Partner closely with Buying, Design, Planning and Finance to ensure all deadlines are met and clearly communicated.
n
- Own wholesale sales and margin reporting across all regions, customers and divisions.
n
- Manage budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting by customer to ensure accuracy at all times.
n
- Oversee invoicing, on-orders, margin reporting and weekly debtors reporting.
n




- Provide commercial insights to support order placement and achievement of sales targets.
n
- Lead the dispatch of all wholesale shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and proactive communication of delays.
n
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of EDI processes and seasonal product uploads.
n
- Coordinate global distribution of samples, marketing collateral and sales tools.
n
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between ERP and WMS systems, implementing solutions where required.
n
- Attend and contribute to production meetings, ensuring all delivery changes are clearly communicated to stakeholders.
n
- Oversee order processing, invoicing, credit notes and inventory accuracy across systems.
n
- Maintain and elevate wholesale reporting including dispatch schedules, stock on hand and order tracking.

- Proven experience in a wholesale operations, supply chain or similar role (fashion or retail highly desirable).
n
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in sales, margin and financial reporting.
n
- Advanced organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
n
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally.
n
- Solid Excel skills and experience working across ERP systems (JOOR experience highly regarded).
n




- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
n
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement.Solid understanding of end-to-end wholesale operations, logistics and distribution.
