You'llbeinvolvedineverythingfromcontractdrafting,negotiationandprocurementthroughtoclaimsmanagement,disputeresolutionandlitigationsupport. Theroleofferssignificantclientexposure,autonomyandtheopportunitytobuildtrustedrelationshipswithcontractors,developers,projectownersandprojectteamswhiledeliveringpractical,commerciallyfocusedlegaladvice.

Workingcloselywithcontractors,developers,projectownersandconsultants,thefirmprovidescommerciallyfocusedadviceacrosscontractdraftingandnegotiation,projectdelivery,claimsmanagement,disputeresolutionandlitigationsupport.

You'lladviseabroadrangeofclientsacrosstheconstructionandinfrastructuresectors,helpingthemnavigatecontractual,commercialandprojectdeliveryissueswhilesupportingsuccessfulprojectoutcomes.

KeyResponsibilities

Front-EndConstruction

- Reviewcontractualamendmentsandidentifykeycommercialandlegalrisks.

- Prepareandmanageconstructionclaims,contractualnoticesandprojectcorrespondence.
n
- Adviseondisputeavoidanceandearlyresolutionstrategies.
n
- Conductlegalresearchandpreparememoranda,submissionsandbriefs.
n
- Draftpleadings,affidavitsandotherlitigation-relateddocuments.
n
- Adviseclientsonstrategiestoachievecommercialoutcomesbeforeformalproceedingswherepossible.

- Buildandmaintainstrongclientandstakeholderrelationships.

- Workcloselywithprojectdirectors,commercialmanagers,engineersandtechnicalexperts.
