- Review and assess students atthe beginning of each program
- Provide a flexible program thatcaters for individual students
- Deliver learning programsthatdemonstratearesearch basedknowledge ofhow students learn
- Evaluate personal teaching andlearning programs including feedback from students andassessment data to inform planning
- Modelhighexpectationsto enable a safe and supportive classroomculture
- Provide reports within schoolstandards and timelines
- Activelyparticipatein professionaldevelopment activities
- Embrace a culture ofcollaboration to enhance studentlearning

Skills andExperience

- ExperienceteachingVCELegalStudies Units 1-4 isessential.



Versatilityto teach another VCE commerce subject will be anadvantage.
- Genuine enthusiasm for teachingand commitment to students’ academic and personalgrowth
- Outstanding communication skillsand the ability to effectively engage with students,colleagues, and parents.
- Committed to ongoingprofessional development, staying current with legaldevelopments, and approaching teaching with a proactive,reflective, and growth-orientedmindset.
- Holds a current VIT Registrationalong with specialised teaching qualifications inLegalStudiesor related fields.
