Brotherhood of St Laurence Sunshine team is seeking an experienced Community Engagement Consultant to deliver client-centred intake across Aged Care programs. You will be the first point of contact for clients, families and referrers, guiding eligibility screening, intake and assessments in line with policies.

You will work with Case Managers to ensure seamless transitions to programs, maintain records accurately, and support service improvements while promoting dignity and respect for diverse
