Ventia is seeking a Network Management Officer to provide shift leadership and operational oversight of the Alarm Monitoring function within the Victorian Intelligent Transport Systems Contracts (VIMC) Operations Centre in Cremorne.

You will be the primary escalation point during rosters, responsible for managing escalated incidents, fault prioritisation, contractual response compliance, jeopardy management and operational decision making.
