Role Description
The Property Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sydney, NSW. The Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of residential properties, including coordinating inspections, managing tenancy applications, handling lease agreements and renewals, and addressing maintenance requests. This role involves building strong relationships with property owners and residents, ensuring clear communication, timely issue resolution, and high levels of customer service. The Property Manager will also be responsible for rent reviews, arrears management,
compliance with relevant legislation, and accurate documentation in property management systems. Collaboration with the wider Belle Property team on marketing, presentation and business development initiatives is an important part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Property management skills, including tenancy administration, and portfolio management.
- Customer service and relationship management skills to support property owners and residents professionally.
- Organizational and time management skills to prioritize inspections, maintenance, documentation and compliance tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and respectfully.
- Basic financial and administrative skills, including rent collection, arrears follow-up and accurate record-keeping.
- Knowledge of relevant NSW property and tenancy legislation, or willingness to quickly develop this expertise.
- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office or similar tools.
- Valid real estate or property management certification/licence for NSW, or eligibility to obtain one.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, showing reliability, integrity and a professional demeanor.
- Previous experience in real estate or property management is highly beneficial.
