- Contributing to operations‐specific areas of operational strategy and planning

- Helping understand the best ways to balance freelance courier availabilities to match demand whilst maintaining efficiency

- Supporting and providing input from the operations standpoint on commercial projects / trials
n
- Optimizing operations through innovation and process development
n
- Providing product‐related feedback from an operations standpoint and recommending any necessary additions/improvements
n
- Engaging with freelance couriers to understand issues and improve performance and Satisfaction
