Bindaree Food Group’s Monbeef facility in Cooma, NSW, seeks a senior supervisor to oversee rendering and by-products operations, ensuring protected, compliant and efficient production from the kill floor through to processing. You will manage day-to-day rendering, odour and wastewater controls and work closely with maintenance and the Plant Manager.

You will lead a small team, build safety and quality standards, monitor yields and waste, and contribute to continuous improvement.
