Grace Loves Lace in Brisbane is seeking an inspiring Boutique Manager to lead our Bridal Stylists and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will coach a high-performing team, manage rosters and stock, and ensure outstanding sales results while maintaining brand standards.

You’ll lead with passion for luxury bridal, recruit and onboard new talent, and build solid relationships with brides. The role is a full-time, Tuesday–Saturday position with weekend availability.
