Employment Hero is building the operating foundations to scale globally. The Senior Engineering Operations Manager will own the global application support model, shape coverage across regions, and ensure the right capabilities exist in the right places.

You will work with engineering leadership, design scalable processes, and drive knowledge transfer, onboarding of acquired teams, and incident readiness across multiple time zones.
