Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) Grade 2 for Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPAH). This permanent full‑time role (38 hours per week) involves coordinating outpatient and rehabilitation services for older adults, triaging referrals, case management, and delivering advanced clinical care in a energetic, multidisciplinary setting.

The CNS2 will work across General Geriatric Medicine, Falls Prevention, Spasticity Management, and rehabilitation programs.
