- Lead and develop a national team of lending specialists supporting complex and bespoke Private Banking lending transactions
- Partner with bankers, credit and risk teams to structure and execute sophisticated lending solutions for high-net-worth clients
- Provide strategic oversight for complex lending scenarios, balancing customer needs, commercial outcomes and risk considerations
- Build a high-performance culture focused on technical excellence, accountability and customer outcomes
- Drive productivity, quality and operational excellence across the lending value chain
- Lead change, transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Influence senior stakeholders across Private Banking, Risk, Credit, Operations and the broader Group
- Translate strategic priorities into sustainable actions and measurable business outcomes
- Report directly to the General Manager, Private Banking

Requirements

- Extensive experience in complex lending, credit structuring and problem-solving
- Strong strategic leadership and execution capability
- Deep lending and credit expertise with highly developed risk judgement
