South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) is seeking an Aboriginal Health Worker for the La Perouse Aboriginal Outreach Clinic. The role focuses on care coordination and health promotion for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people within a community health setting.
