Housekeeping Manager | Uluru, Kata-Tjuta NT

About the Role

Longitude 131° is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team and ensure every guest suite reflects the exceptional standards our lodge is known for, set against the iconic backdrop of Uluru Kata Tjuta National Park.

In this role, you will oversee all housekeeping operations across the lodge, leading a dedicated team to deliver immaculate presentation and impeccable attention to detail in every guest suite and public space. You will work closely with the broader lodge leadership team to ensure housekeeping standards support a seamless and memorable guest experience from arrival to departure.

This is a residential role based on Uluru, with accommodation and meals provided.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading, training and developing the housekeeping team
- Managing daily housekeeping operations, rostering and workflow
- Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and attention to detail
- Overseeing linen, amenity and inventory management
- Monitoring labour costs and departmental budgets
- Liaising with maintenance and other departments to resolve issues promptly
- Conducting regular room and property inspections
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards

About You





You are a passionate and experienced Housekeeping Manager who takes pride in delivering flawless standards in a luxury setting.

You will ideally have:

- Proven experience in a Housekeeping Manager or senior housekeeping role
- Experience in a luxury hotel or lodge environment
- Robust leadership and team development skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including a rotating roster and weekends
- Current Australian working rights
