– Sydney Distribution Centre | $31.11ph + Super | Monday–Friday O’Brien® Glass are seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator with strong Customer Service capability to support our Wholesale team at the Padstow Distribution Centre. You’ll play a key role in delivering excellent service to Wholesale customers purchasing glass products, while supporting smooth warehouse operations and administration.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Provide warm, qualified customer service face‑to‑face and over the phone
- Check stock availability using internal systems
- Process EFTPOS payments
- Complete general administration duties
- Maintain accurate stock spreadsheets
- Create and confirm pick slips
- Complete invoicing and basic reporting
- Book and consign transport when required
- Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships

Additional Responsibilities





- Support Emergency Freight by preparing paperwork, labels and ensuring same‑day dispatch requirements are met
- Manage invoice processing (Medius), including coding, tracking, updating files and resolving discrepancies
- Process Wholesale credit notes, confirm returns and assist with specific Wholesale admin tasks when required
- Coordinate and maintain timesheets for casual employees and support timesheet administration across the DC
- Arrange driver accommodation bookings and maintain accurate records
- Assist with new starter and casual onboarding, including induction paperwork and documentation
- Undertake cross‑training in Containers, developing capability to support container workflows and provide coverage when needed
- Provide general DC administrative support, including data entry, reporting, filing and assisting other teams during busy periods

About You

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in Administration and/or Customer Service (ideally within a warehouse or distribution environment)
- Strong customer service capability
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to work autonomously and collaboratively
