A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Process Improvement Lead reporting to Senior Manager Improvement and Development CNS Transform & Improve.

About the role

As a Process Improvement Lead, you will play a key role in helping operational teams deliver better outcomes for customers, partners and the business. You will lead the identification, design and delivery of improvement opportunities by building trusted relationships with stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of business challenges, and translating insights into practical, impactful solutions.

Working across a diverse range of teams, you will facilitate process improvement workshops, champion continuous improvement initiatives and bring people together to co-design more effective ways of working. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance operational performance, uplift productivity and support sustainable change. In this role, you will proactively uncover hidden process vulnerabilities, challenge existing practices, and help create a culture that embraces innovation, collaboration and continuous learning.

About you

An ideal candidate is a collaborative and strategic problem solver with experience in end-to-end process design and integration, who can connect business needs with technology solutions to deliver meaningful and sustainable improvements. You bring expertise in BPMN process modelling and Signavio, with a strong understanding of customer experience and journey design. Drawing on Lean Six Sigma principles, you can identify opportunities to simplify processes,



improve performance and create measurable value. You are confident leading improvement initiatives, engaging stakeholders at all levels, and guiding teams through change with influence, empathy and a solutions-focused mindset.
