Canon Business Services ANZ is seeking an End User Services Engineer VIC to join our South Melbourne Service Desk. You will provide Level 1/2 IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices and workplace tech, with hands-on Intune and Kandji MDM experience across cross‑platform devices.
You will deliver on-site and remote assistance, manage incidents in ServiceNow and help maintain a secure, productive user workplace while visiting customer sites in the CBD, Hawthorn and surrounding suburbs.
