About the Role

n

As a Customer Service Operator – Forklift Driver you will report to the Trade Store Manager, handling distribution activities through the daily operations of the Chullora trade store.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Hand unloading plasterboard as an offsider
n
- Dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone
n




- Picking and packing orders daily
n
- Regularly checking and making up orders
n
- Receiving goods and checking paperwork while maintaining due diligence
n
- Loading and unloading customer vehicles
n
- Maintaining operational equipment and reporting faults or damage to management
n
- Recording and reporting customer complaints via Knauf's complaint and customer procedures
n
- Assisting with stock take and inventory counts to ensure accurate records
n
- Performing general warehouse duties and housekeeping
n
