Job Description
Lead from the front. Develop people with intention. Redefine what exceptional emergency veterinary care looks like.

At ARH Greater Western Sydney, an uncommon prospect is open to a seasoned Emergency & Critical Care veterinarian ready to take on a Clinical Director role built around one core principle: clinical work comes first.

This position is for a senior clinician who has mastered the pace and pressure of emergency medicine and is now driven to elevate others - to raise standards, nurture talent, and shape a culture grounded in clinical excellence - while staying hands-on where it matters most.

n
- Foster a culture where psychological safety and high performance go hand in hand
n
- Develop and refine clinical protocols that reflect best practice
n
- Help shape the hospital's clinical direction in partnership with senior leadership
n
