South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an LAS (ST4) doctor to join the community team for adults with intellectual disability and mental illness in Lambeth. You will work within a multidisciplinary team with psychiatrists, community psychiatric nurses, clinical psychologists and a behaviour support worker to assess and review patients in the community.
The role includes attending CPA and other meetings, liaising with GPs and external agencies, and providing weekly supervision
