The Role

You'll work with prospective students who have already expressed interest in studying with Hader Institute of Education. Using a consultative sales approach, you'll guide them towards the course that best suits their goals and support them through the enrolment journey.

Your responsibilities include:

- Speaking with prospective students via phone, email and online enquiries
- Understanding each person's goals and recommending suitable courses
- Building genuine relationships based on trust
- Managing your own pipeline and achieving sales targets
- Maintaining high activity levels while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Continually developing your skills through coaching and training

This is a consultative sales role where success comes from building trust—not applying pressure.

About You

We're looking for ambitious people who enjoy winning and genuinely care about helping others. You'll ideally have:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service or a contact centre workplace
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Resilience and accountability
- A willingness to be coached and continually improve
- A competitive mindset with a desire to achieve outstanding results
- Experience within education is welcomed but certainly not essential. What matters most is your attitude.
