Annandale Christian College is seeking a proactive Facilities Supervisor to lead the maintenance, presentation and day-to-day operations of the College campus.

Key responsibilities

- Lead facilities, grounds and cleaning operations
n
- Coordinate contractors and maintenance works
n
- Undertake hands‐on maintenance and repairs as required
n
- Provide a protected and well‐maintained setting for students and staff
n

Essential

n

n
- Genuine Christian faith
n
- Pastoral reference (required)
n
- Blue Card
n
- Experience in facilities, maintenance or property operations
n
- Practical, hands‐on maintenance skills
n
- Current Drivers Licence
n

Desirable

n

n
- Experience supervising staff and contractors
n
- Trade qualification or relevant industry experience
n
- Strong WHS knowledge
