About the role

The role creates reports using data from sources such as data warehouses and Google Analytics, presented through data visualisation platforms. It analyses and interprets data from multiple sources, including customer feedback, to identify trends, provide meaningful insights and develop cutting-edge solutions to complex business needs.

- is skilled at turning data into actionable insights. You use sources like Google Analytics and data warehouses to uncover the stories behind the data.
- is confident with digital tools such as PowerPoint and data visualisation platforms such as DataStudio and PowerBI.
- can explain complex information simply and clearly—tailoring your message for your audience.
- can work to deadlines and prioritise when necessary – while keeping work of high quality.
- works well with others: sharing ideas and supporting your team.

Qualifications and experience

You’llbring:

- The ability to understand business problems and translate complex data into tailored, actionable insights (mandatory),



with experience presenting digital channel performance and insights to stakeholders (mandatory).
- Experience using Google Analytics for websites and apps, including GA4 properties (mandatory), and SQL to query databases (mandatory).
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (mandatory), with experience using data visualisation tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI and R or Python (desirable).
