Type: Contract (6 months +)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2-3 days in office in Melbourne CBD)

Required Skills and Experience:

Technical Skills:

- Basic understanding of IT operations, systems, and infrastructure, including Linux & Windows Servers, Networks, Databases, and Storage.
n
- Appreciation of IP networking technology
n
- Appreciation of IT security
n
- Appreciation of Monitoring and Observability tools (Splunk, Zabbix).
n
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
n
- Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, BMC Remedy).
n
- Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365,



and basic networking concepts.
n
- Ability to monitor systems and identify operational issues.
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills to support end users.
n
- Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
n
- Basic understanding of ITIL principles and service management practices.
n
