The Swatch Group (Australia) PTY. LTD. is seeking a Prestige Customer Service Administrator in Sydney to deliver exceptional after-sales service for Breguet, Blancpain and Glashütte Original.

You will coordinate warranties, servicing, repairs and spare parts with two Prestige Watchmakers, connecting clients with boutiques, retailers and Brand Headquarters. You will handle enquiries, manage repairs, and maintain accurate records while leveraging SAP for parts and service workflows.
