Job Description

Fabbrica is seeking a Supervisor to join the leadership team in Sydney. The role offers casual or full time hours and involves hands-on leadership on floor, supporting a high-performing FOH team, and upholding service, safety and culture standards.

You will partner with the Restaurant Manager to drive daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure guest experiences meet brand expectations. This is a great path to broaden leadership within Love Tilly Group.
