Design and deliver monitoring, evaluation, learning and reporting activities
Develop frameworks, program logics, theories of change, outcomes tools, dashboards and insight products
Lead and support evaluations
Analyse data, client feedback and service outcomes
Develop surveys and data collection methods to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
Advise leaders and teams on evaluation, outcomes measurement, reporting integrity, evidence-informed practice and data quality
Build evaluation and data literacy through coaching, training and resources
Contribute research and evaluation expertise to evidence reviews, submissions, tenders, business cases, strategic initiatives and external projects
Provide specialist advice, project delivery and practical support across monitoring, evaluation, reporting, outcomes measurement and client feedback
Work with the Research and Evaluation Manager and teams across Family Life

Requirements

- Tertiary qualification in evaluation, social sciences, psychology, public health, research, data analytics, community services or a related discipline
- Strong research, evaluation and data analysis skills
- Ability to turn evidence into practical insights and recommendations
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to facilitate workshops or consultations
- Ability to produce clear reports,



presentations and data visualisations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across diverse teams
- Experience in community services, child and family services, mental health, family violence or related human services sectors is desirable
- Successful completion of Family Life Safety Screening process
- Working with Children Check required
- Police Records Check required
