dnata Airport Services Pty Ltd at Melbourne Airport is seeking a Passenger Services Agent to join a rapid-paced team handling check-ins, passenger services and gate duties while ensuring safety and outstanding customer service.

You will support aircraft turnarounds and work rostered shifts across mornings, evenings and weekends. A background of 1–2 years in customer service, ability to assist passengers including those with special needs, and handling baggage up to 32 kg are desirable attributes.
