Job Description

Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services is seeking a Peer Support Worker who brings personal lived experience of mental health and/or substance use recovery to empower others on their recovery journeys.

Working within a multidisciplinary Community Care Unit, you will help build hope, promote recovery-oriented practice and support consumers to develop confidence, skills and social connections essential to living meaningful lives.
