About the role:

As a Campaign Strategy Executive, you will be responsible for supporting strategic, creative and commercially effective media solutions for our clients. Working closely with Studio Leads and the wider team, you'll translate client briefs into sharp opportunities, ideas and responses- blending strategic thinking with hands‑on campaign and operational support.

You’ll also help keep the team running smoothly, supporting administration, coordination and workflow behind the scenes.

This is a capability‑building role, offering exposure to campaign strategy, media and creative solutions across SCA's audio, digital, content, talent and cross‑platform offerings.

What does your day to day look like?

- Support Studio Leads and Campaign Strategists in developing insight‑led responses to client and agency briefs, translating objectives into clear territories and integrated media solutions
- Contribute to pitches and proactive opportunities through research, ideas, presentations and supporting materials
- Build knowledge of SCA's products, audiences, content and talent to spot opportunities across audio, digital, content and cross‑platform assets
- Coordinate campaigns end-to‑end with support from brief through to pitch, gathering stakeholder input and maintaining timelines and deliverables
- Maintain case study libraries and market insights, and support post‑campaign reporting and learnings
- Provide administrative and coordination support to Studio Leads, including trackers, WIPs, meeting schedules and shared Studio resources

What you’ll need:





- 1–3 years' experience in media, advertising, marketing, content or a related industry
- Highly organised with strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease
- A genuine passion for media strategy, audience behaviour and creativity, paired with confidence across both strategic thinking and hands‑on administrative tasks
- Skilled in PowerPoint/Google Slides and the broader Microsoft Office suite
- A curious, proactive mindset and a natural collaborator who thrives working across diverse stakeholders and disciplines
