Young Academics Early Learning Centre is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager to support the Centre Manager in leadership, daily operations and performance of the service. You will mentor educators, ensure regulatory compliance and contribute to high-quality education and care.

The role runs full time, Monday to Friday, with early starts between 6:30 am and 6:00 pm. You will help drive quality programs, safeguarding, and a positive team culture within Tallawong.
