PARTNER is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to be the friendly first point of contact for World Gym across Perth clubs. You will manage member inquiries, resolve issues, and support the billing process with a focus on retention and member satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have customer service experience, robust communication skills, and a passion for health and fitness. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to deal with sensitive situations professionally.
