Aesop, a global retailer, is opening a new store in Robina in mid‐2026 and is seeking a Store Manager to lead and drive the team.

Purpose of the Role

n

As Store Manager at Aesop Robina you will be responsible for the overall success of the business through operations, budgeting, store‐specific marketing, building the client base and managing a team of Retail Consultants on a full‐time, Tuesday–Saturday roster.

Responsibilities

- Drive the overall success of the business via operations and stakeholder relationships in a new business and location.
n
- Manage budgeting, store‐specific marketing, and building the store's client base.
n
- Oversee daily activities of a team of Retail Consultants and choreograph team operations.
n

What We Are Looking For

- Management experience within customer, retail, or hospitality service environments.
n
- Proven track record of effective selling skills and ability to drive commercial outcomes.
n
- History of successfully leading and coaching a team, creating an inclusive and psychologically safe work setting.
n
- Demonstrated ability to use empathy to manage interpersonal relationships.
n
- Open mindset and deep curiosity to understand others, listen without judgement and act on diverse perspectives.
n
- Strong communication, problem‐solving, commercial acumen and merchandising skills.
