NEX Building Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Construction Training Manager to lead onboarding, induction and ongoing training for our construction workforce. The role is based at Norwest with travel to NSW regional branches to conduct inductions for recent hires.
You will drive a three-week induction program, coordinate training and e-learning modules, and collaborate with site leaders and HR to plan effective onboarding across our brands.
