At Australian Trade Training College (ATTC), we’re looking for an Plumbing Mentor to support Students in a hands‑on training environment—while we support you to become a qualified Trainer.

What you’ll do

- Support students in practical workshop activities
- Coach and guide Students to achieve milestones
- Assist the Trainer with student engagement and progress
- Maintain a safe,



clean and organised training environment
- Help ensure tools and equipment are workshop‑ready

What you’ll bring

- Plumbing trade qualification (essential)
- Passion for helping others succeed
- Robust communication and mentoring ability
- Willingness to complete your Cert IV TAE
- Basic computer skills
