Job Description

Partech, Inc. is a leading international Point of Sale company. We require an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our Customer Service department to provide support to our client base as part of our Helpdesk Team in a full-time capacity.

Partech's Helpdesk provides level 1 & 2 support to our clients who use a variety of Point Of Sale applications across primarily Windows operating systems on many PC based hardware platforms. As a member of the Helpdesk team, you would be required to work on a 7 day rotating roster between 8am - 8pm. Any weekend or after hours work will be paid in addition to your annual salary in line with the Industrial Instrument requirements.

Requirements

- A sound, demonstrated knowledge of Windows & the ability to implement that knowledge in a support environment. Relevant experience or a tertiary qualification will be highly regarded.




- Excellent written & verbal communication skills are essential to the role.
- Previous experience in a Helpdesk environment with a sound demonstrated knowledge of PC hardware based troubleshooting techniques.
- Work in a team environment participating as a team member, focusing on continuous improvement and total customer satisfaction.
- Perform customer service administrative tasks as assigned and understand customer database and processing customer part requests.

Contract & Working Hours

Full-time, permanent. 7 day rotating roster between 8am - 8pm.
