About the role

TRS Staffing is currently searching for a Site Senior QA/QC Inspector to support major EPC/EPCM projects within the minerals processing sector. This role is responsible for ensuring all construction and fabrication activities meet project quality requirements, applicable codes and standards, and established QA/QC processes while maintaining the highest levels of safety and compliance.

Duties and responsibilities

- Conduct QA/QC inspections across construction and fabrication activities.
- Perform audits to verify compliance with quality management systems.
- Review and maintain quality documentation, records, and reports.
- Ensure work complies with Australian and international codes and standards.
- Monitor welding, fabrication, and inspection activities on site.
- Support project teams with quality planning and issue resolution.




- Manage non-conformances and assist with corrective action implementation.

Skills and experience required

- Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar QA/QC role on EPC/EPCM projects.
- Robust understanding of QA/QC processes, systems, and quality management.
- Sound knowledge of welding standards, ASME requirements, and ISO 9001.
- Experience in minerals processing, fabrication, and construction environments.
- Advanced computer skills including MS Office and engineering systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, auditing skills, time management, and prioritisation abilities.
